Position Summary: History of Science. Assistant Professor, Tenure Track. Anticipated start date, September 1, 2011. The Department of History of Princeton University invites applications from scholars who specialize in the history of science, with a specialty in the period 1400 to 1750. Knowledge and ability to teach ancient and medieval science are also highly desired. Review of files will begin October 15, 2010, but applications will be considered until the position is filled.
