PART TIME / TEMPORARY
Minimum Starting Salary: $14.75/hourly.
Additional $.69/hourly for each qualifying shift worked.

Under direction of the supervisor, the Senior Musician provides accompaniment in an instructional setting for music, dance and choreography classes, musical productions, dance functions, and/or non-professional choral groups, public performances; selects and prepares recorded accompaniment; maintains musical scores, instruments, musical equipment and musical libraries
Qualifications include:
*Ability to sight read and play standard written musical scores
*Ability to improvise, compose, arrange and transpose musical scores as required
*Familiarity with African percussion rhythms and instruments
*Ability to play a variety of African drums
