Basic Purpose & Scope: Monitors construction projects to ensure compliance with construction documents, University standards, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities: Has authority or responsibility over staff employees on a regular basis but is not a direct supervisor. May assign, schedule, and monitor the work of staff.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 6-12 months

Required Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 6-12 months

Preferred Certification/Licensing: ISU Supervisor Certification Completion

Salary: Commensurate with experience
