Social Work-Assistant or Associate Professor-14AS-SOWK01

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Department of Sociology and Social Work invites applicants for a tenure track assistant or associate professor in Social Work to serve as the Director of Field Education, teach across the curriculum, engage in scholarship, and provide advising. Minimum qualifications include prior teaching experience, an MSW degree from a CSWE accredited Social Work program, and two years of Social Work practice experience. A Ph.D. in Social Work or a related field is desired. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent teaching; ongoing programs of research (established scholarly record required for advanced appointment); and a commitment to service.
