We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Registrar to oversee maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades of automated systems and technologies within the Office of the Registrar. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience streamlining and improving quality of processes, while developing effective communication strategies for distributing data to students, faculty, and staff. This key role will have numerous responsibilities including:
  • Working closely with the Associate Dean and Registrar to identify and utilize the most recent technologies and continual upgrades of current systems and procedures;
  • Acting as the liaison with Information Technology for the Office of the 
  • Registrar related to maintenance, improvements, and new software releases to web-based services including Web Advisor, Resource 25 Room Scheduling, Informer, etc.
  • Developing standards for database integrity by identifying, correcting, and reporting data inconsistencies;
  • Responsible for ad hoc report writing for internal constituencies
Serving as liaison to the Office of Institutional Research to ensure that data is entered in a timely and accurate manner and reporting schedules are coordinated.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the College's mission and the value of Catholic higher education. Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years progressively responsible college higher education administration experience (preferably in a Registrar's Office) required with in depth knowledge of database management principles including database architecture, infrastructure and relational databases. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and demonstrate confidence and skill with large databases and student records. Student Information System experience preferred and Ellucian Colleague experience a plus. Microsoft Office skills and strong Excel Spreadsheet skills required. Ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively and excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required. Must be available and willing to work a varied schedule, including some evenings.
