Tenure-track appointment in Master's degree Program in Health Care Administration. The position requires teaching of graduate-level courses in Health Care Administration. Additional activities include advising students. The HCA program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME). The position is located in Houston, Texas within the TWU College of Health Sciences. Program Faculty have a unique opportunity to interact closely with health care institutions in the Texas Medical Center to undertake research and conduct projects.

Earned doctorate in finance/accounting, economics is preferred. Applicants with doctoral preparation in related fields will be considered if they can present evidence of significant graduate course work and experience in finance and accounting.Primary teaching assignments will be in finance and accounting. Previous experience in teaching is preferred. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a commitment to health services administration education and evidence of participation in health administration professional associations.
