The Raclin School of the Arts is seeking a qualified candidate to aid in the development of an Art Education program. The successful candidate will teach 2 courses (6 credit hours) with one course release time to develop the program. Required qualifications: Ph.D. or Ed.D in Art Education (ABD candidates will be considered only if the degree will be completed by August 15, 2010); minimum three years of successful teaching of art in K-12; college teaching level experiences; evidence of successful scholarship; must be familiar with NASAD standards. Studio experience in a secondary area is required. Submit evidence of both studio teaching and creative work in the form of jpg images on CD.
