Information Technology Administrator Manager

General Description:
The IT Administrator Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, development and control of the EUS function at the College as well as the supervision of technical and Call Center staff. The End User Support (EUS) is dedicated to providing application training and desktop computer support to the College community. The IT Administrator will coordinate work between the other IT supervisors and will report directly to the Vice President for Administrative and Enrollment Services.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Associates degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
* Relative experience in supervising technicians
* Minimum of ten years experience in a wide variety of Information Technology disciplines, service delivery, customer service and proven leadership in people management.
* Experience in project and program management is required. As the overall responsible party for EUS, the incumbent should have a strong understanding of operations management and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
* Knowledge of desktop services best practices for break/fix, IMAC and refresh services, hardware and software industry evolution and current technological trends, processes for procurement, asset tracking, management and provision, vulnerability management tools and processes, software packaging, active directory, desktop management, software distribution, image technologies, ITIL processes, workflow management tools, product road mapping

Preferred qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
* Knowledge of eLearning and remote learning systems and software.
* Knowledge of emerging hardware and virtualization technologies is desirable.
* At least 3 years experience supervising technicians.
* Knowledge in budget and management of Information Technology inventory.

Benefit & Compensation:
* Salary Range-US$21,349.68 to $27,014.15. Salary placement is depending upon relevant education, training and experience.
* Initial contract of two years
