Assistant Registrar for Technology (CRM), Office
of the Registrar

The Assistant Registrar for Technology (CRM) will manage
the implementation, deployment, and administration of the CRM (Constituent Relationship Management)
system within the Office of Enrollment Management (OEM). These include the office of Admissions,
Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, the Office of the Registrar and Student
Orientation Programs. A good sense of humor is desirable, but negotiable. This position, which
reports to the Associate Registrar for Technology, is a part of the Office of the Registrar's
management team, and will supervise support staff for the CRM system. The successful candidate
should enjoy working in a team oriented unit where creativity is encouraged and BBQ skills are
The position, and supervised staff, will support the enterprise
constituent relationship management system; manage administration of the CRM system; provide
technical and installation support of the CRM system; work with Information Services staff in
developing web based applications and resolving issues related to the CRM system; coordinate the
development and maintenance of the Registrar's web pages in related to the CRM system's
documentation and support. This position will work with OEM staff on the creation of ad hoc reports
and data analytics. This position will also assist with the training related to the deployment of
the CRM system university wide. REQUIREMENTS:
degree; Experience in working with complex technology-based projects in an enterprise environment;
Excellent interpersonal skills which include professionalism and collegiality in a team environment;
Excellent oral and written communication skills; Integrity in dealing with confidential information;
Excellent problem solving skills with proven ability to strategize, prioritize, and multi task to
meet departmental goals/deadlines.
Preference will be given to candidates with 2-3 years CRM
administration experience; knowledge of higher education sector; programming skills; CRM
certification, client service ethos.
Located 110 miles south of Portland, the University of
Oregon has an enrollment of 24,400. The Eugene metro area (pop. 225,000) is in a region noted for
its dynamic quality of life and progressive cultural environment. We are about an hour's drive from
the Pacific coast and the Cascade mountains. The University is an AAU research institution and a
