Lincoln Memorial University invites applications for the position of Director of Assessment. The Director of Assessment will develop, implement and lead the University's assessment programs and assist all academic programs and academic and student support services in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of their outcomes assessment processes. The director of Assessment will assist administrative offices of the University in planning and assessment processes and will be involved in all program and institutional accreditation processes. Qualifications; Required: Master's degree, knowledge and/or experience in assessment or institutional research at the program, department or university level, understanding of the theory and practical application of academic assessment planning and methods, knowledge of academic program and administrative office planning and review, skill in qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting, ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively to a variety of constituents. Preferred: Earned doctorate.
