Responsibilities: Develops and teaches courses in the graduate program core; productive scholarship leading to publications; regular developmental advising of students; curriculum and program development; and university service. Provides guidance and assistance to graduate students in research/seminar projects related to human resource development studies. This is a full-time, tenure track faculty position.

Qualifications: Ph.D. or ABD (with evidence of completion by Fall 2012) in Human Resource Development or a closely related area from an accredited institution. Two (2) years of graduate college teaching experience preferred.
