Responsibilities: Teaches two courses in the general criminal justice curriculum and two courses within one of the three concentrations
(Social Justice, Community Based Corrections, and Forensic Science); productive scholarship leading to publications; regular developmental
advising of students; curriculum and program development; and university service. This is a full-time, tenure-track faculty position. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Sociology, Criminology, Criminal Justice or a closely related area from an accredited institution required. Two (2) years undergraduate college teaching experience preferred. Applications from candidates proficient in mixed methodology are particularly encouraged. Special preference will be given to candidates able to teach in the Community Based Corrections concentration.
