for this position. Position Description Adjunct Faculty to teach courses in principal preparation
licensing program (Principal Licensure Program: PLP) and Educational Specialist degree program (leading to qualification as school
superintendent) needed. Qualifications According to the Indiana Wesleyan University employment
policy, all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle
Statement . Preferred Ed.D., Ph.D. or other doctorate with a
minimum of 18 graduate, semester hours in the discipline stated in the Title of Posting. Required For the Principal Licensure Program an Educational Specialist degree may be considered. For the
EdS program, only candidates with earned doctorates will be considered. Work
Experience For PLP: experience as building admin.; for EdS: experience as both building and district admin.
