Trinity Christian College has an immediate opening for a full-time Registrar to direct and coordinate the College student registration activities. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; oversight of the preparation of class schedules; organization and direction of registration for each academic term; maintenance and distribution of official transcripts; evaluation of transfer work completed by students at other institutions; review of student progress towards graduation; processing of midterm and final grades; coordination of the advising function of the faculty; assist in the preparation of statistical reports related to enrollment, academic offerings, and academic performance for students; creating and interpreting College policies for students, faculty and staff; and ensuring accurate electronic record maintenance.

Trinity Christian College seeks candidates who are professing Christians and committed to excellence in the context of a liberal arts education. The candidate should support the goals of a strong liberal arts education in the tradition of Reformed, Christian higher education and be competent to demonstrate to students a mature articulation of faith and learning. Candidates must relate well to college-level students and faculty and staff, and be able to function effectively as a communicator across traditional, adult studies and graduate programs. This person must also demonstrate qualities of leadership appropriate to an administrative officer at the college level.

A Master's Degree is expected. Computer experience working a database system is essential.
