Job Description: The Department of Criminal Justice invites applications for two 9-month tenure-track positions to begin
August 12, 2013. Rank will depend on education, experience, and professional record with strongest consideration given to more experienced
candidates. All areas of specialization will be considered. We seek a highly motivated and collegial individual with a potential for or
demonstrated record of scholarly research and publication, pursuit of external grants at the state or national level, effective teaching at
the undergraduate and graduate levels, and service. Provide service to the university, community, and profession. Salary will be
commensurate with qualifications.Minimum Qualifications: Qualified candidates must have a PhD in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a closely related field (ABD will be considered at the rank of Instructor). A JD (law degree) is not considered a terminal degree for this position. All degrees must be from appropriately accredited institutions.
