This position is no longer an active posting on HigherEdJobsProvides administrative support to the Office of College Advancement, specifically supporting the Executive Director of Legacy Giving and Donor Engagement, Director of Major Gifts, Development Officer, Parent Giving Officer, and Reunion Giving Officer. Under their supervision, coordinates and executes responsibilities in support of the College's fundraising efforts, gift planning program and Parents Program.
Assists a staff that cultivates, solicits and stewards potential and current major donors, requiring top quality, timely acknowledgment, special events, record-keeping and communication.
High School diploma required. Additional Degrees or Business courses preferred.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Internet navigation, with an emphasis on functions related to mail merge, letters, envelopes, labels and calendars.
A minimum of 2-3 years office experience, preferably in a College advancement environment.
