The primary need is teaching in the cost accounting and auditing areas but all areas will be considered. Applicants should have a Ph.D. or D.B.A. (ABD considered) and strong potential for quality teaching and academic research. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CIA) is desirable.
Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and should be interested in working at a university engaged in issues in Christian higher education in the Lutheran tradition. Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to cultural diversity and the ability to work with individuals or groups from diverse backgrounds. Normal teaching load is nine hours per semester at the undergraduate and graduate (MBA) level with summer teaching possible.
