We are currently recruiting for a Financial Administrator 2.
Under general direction of the Director, Finance and Administration, the Financial Administrator supports the Office of Alumni Relations and Development's financial operations by providing comprehensive financial and budgetary analysis and management of Department financial transaction activities. The Financial Administrator responsibilities include internal financial reporting, budget preparation and monitoring, purchasing, accounts payable, and payroll processing/reconciliation. The Financial Administrator supervises Department personnel engaged in financial processing activities. The Financial Administrator also ensures financial administration activities are completed in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
Assists in the creation of Campaign expense policies and procedures and educates staff on proper Campaign accounting procedures, ensuring compliance to policy.
