We are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate Director of Development for the Medill School of Journalism, Media, and Integrated Marketing Communications.
The Senior Associate Director of Development manages a significant portfolio of high-net worth individuals and families with the capacity to make major gifts ($100K+- $5M) in support of the unit and the university. The Senior Associate collaborates extensively with the academic leadership and OARD colleagues in identifying, cultivating, and soliciting donors. The Senior Associate is responsible for building meaningful and effective relationships with alumni and friends leading to gifts that align institutional priorities with the prospect's interests, passion, values, and appropriate to their financial capacity.
This position serves as major gift officers supporting the Medill School of Journalism, Media, and Integrated Marketing Communications. Generally considered among the top 3 'J-schools' in the country, Medill has produced many well-known journalists and political activists including 38 Pulitzer Prize laureates.
