The Recruitment/Communication Coordinator manages the flow of communications from the Office of Admission to prospective students. The position assists in the writing, creation, implementation, and tracking of recruitment communications, along with helping to evaluate communication effectiveness. The Coordinator works closely with University Relations to create and distribute various communications and publications for admission recruitment efforts. The Coordinator also designs and implements all major campus visits programs (events) and individual visits for the Office of Admission and is responsible for creating a positive visit experience for all prospective students and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required. Superior writing skills essential.
Ability to manage and organize multiple projects simultaneously is absolutely necessary.
Previous admission experience preferred (knowledge of and/or experience with campus visit programs preferred).
Strong computer skills using relational databases and MS Office with expertise in Excel necessary.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively on committees and project teams needed.
Strong analytic ability, creativity and organizational skills required.
