  • Lead the development and execution and performance tracking of University's Strategic plan by providing business intelligence to the University leaders and managers.
  • Lead the university's quality assurance and quality control programs and promotes evidence based decision making and accountability at the University. Manages the risk register, assesses and monitors institutional risks.
Ensures we have an accurate and comprehensive Fact Book of key statistics.

  • Coordinates the institutional strategy planning. Ensures the linkage is made throughout the institutes's planning process to the outcomes.
  • Responsible for the leadership and development of a comprehensive institutional research program to support the University's mission and strategic initiatives.
  • Manpower planning for the delivery of academic programs
  • Enrollment projections and resulting revenue projections
  • Monitors compliance and achievement to strategy goals, objectives and KPIs.
  • Provides information and analytic support to the University's administrative decision makers in order to facilitate strategic planning, policy-making, resource allocations, enrollment projections, and other processes requiring sound strategic analysis.
  • Conducts data and statistical analysis and report writing and publication by applying sampling and survey methodology;
  • Compiles and maintains multiple sources of data; researches Internet and other information resources to investigate best practices among institutions of higher education and collects information for environmental scanning.
  • Development and maintenance of Balanced Scorecards for all academic as well as administrative units.
  • Develops periodic progress reports on Balance Scorecard items by monitoring, researching, and publishing data related to Strategic Plan success indicators and outcomes.
  • Develop and administer various surveys; publish survey results such as student satisfaction, employee satisfaction, graduating student survey, and various other ad hoc requested institutional surveys.
  • Maintains a comprehensive and accurate Fact Book, including analysis of trends.
  • Manages the risk register, assesses institutional risks, monitors risk outcomes.
  • Assesses the viability of new and current programs.
  • Supervises departmental staff, assigns duties, monitors and assesses progress.
  • Conducts annual performance evaluations; and ensures departmental staff participates in annual professional developmental activities.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree
  • 7 years of experience of which at least 5 years in a higher education management/leadership role
  • Effective in change management,
  • Demonstrated experience with quantitative & qualitative research methods and statistics.
