Classification: Benefit Eligible Duties: The Executive Director of Enrollment and Marketing must possess a clear understanding of the strategic role that institutional admissions, financial aid, and marketing play in recruitment and retention. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with effective team building skills and will have experience in integrating these operations to enhance new student yield, the ability to evaluate and utilize data in decision-making to build and enhance enrollment processes and strategies; and the ability to manage a clear service-orientated communication plan to prospective students, parents, and other constituencies. Other duties will include: being an active member of the Springfield Campus leadership team with specific responsibilities related to the development of the campus strategic plan; Developing, implementing and assessing of a comprehensive campus Enrollment Development plan in alignment with the Universities and the Springfield Campus strategic plans; directing operational management and oversight of the campus recruitment; Coordinating the use of financial aid in support of institutional enrollment goals; and Overseeing the development of a campus plan for communications in support of community development and support of recruitment, alumni and academic programs.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's Degree
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in Enrollment Management
Specific Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of admission/prospects information systems are necessary qualifications.
Specific Knowledge, Licenses, and Certifications: The successful candidate will demonstrate success in the use of technology and research to enhance enrollment.
Supervisory Responsibility (if applicable): Manager of Marketing and Communications, Coordinator of Financial Aid and the Admissions Staff.
