Job Summary: Assists with the overall supervision and organization of a nationally competitive field hockey program, including on-field
instruction, skill and tactical development of individual student-athletes and team, and preparing daily training sessions. Participates in
on- and off-campus recruiting; prepares and presents video analysis; and oversees equipment/apparel orders and distribution. Coordinates
with strength/conditioning and facility management and performs various other administrative duties assigned by the head coach in compliance
with university, Big Ten Conference, and NCAA regulations. Qualifications: Review your qualifications prior to applying to ensure that you meet the minimum qualifications for the position. Resume and cover letter required.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree and two years of coaching experience.
High level of experience as a player with knowledge of NCAA regulations. Highly motivated candidate who exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and professionalism.
Preferred: Coaching experience at the Division I College leve.
