TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE, Center for Transportation and Logistics-AgeLab, to assist in the creation of experimental protocols, recruit subjects to participate in research studies, and assist in running basic experimental studies. Will be responsible for and must be comfortable working and communicating with experimental subjects. Position will involve quantitative analysis of social science data using SPSS, Excel, or similar software; conducting or supporting qualitative/ethnographic analyses based upon interviews, online sources, content analyses, focus groups, or secondary sources; and contributing to academic reports and papers.

REQUIREMENTS: a minimum of a B.A./B.S. in social or behavioral sciences; demonstrated excellence in written work; and the ability to work independently and learn new skills quickly in a professional, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with social media and superior interpersonal and presentation skills will greatly add to the incumbent's potential to excel and grow. MIT-00009394
