Notre Dame of Maryland University seeks an Administrative Assistant for Enrollment Management. This position is responsible for administrative and organizational support for the Vice President for Enrollment Management.

Essential functions include, but not limited to, screening calls and route to proper offices, arrange appointments and committee meetings, prepares, memos, letters and reports for the Vice President for Enrollment Management.

Provide administrative support and maintains rosters for the Enrollment Management Committee of the Board of Trustees; assists the VP in the preparation of the annual enrollment management budget, processes bills, and monitors monthly expenditures.

Provide effective personalized customer service to prospective students, their families and all external and internal people contacting Enrollment Services & Admissions.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years experience in a position of similar responsibility. Experience in higher education is preferred.

Qualified candidates will also be able to exercise independent judgment using proactive and problem-solving skills to ensure a well-maintained work environment.

Skills required include: organizational, analytical, detail-oriented, problem solving, interpersonal relations, oral and written communication.

Required proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Qualities include flexibility, resourcefulness, creativity, cooperativeness, efficiency and effectiveness. Strong customer service focus is required.

Normal office environment. Some overtime and weekend work may be required
