This is a full time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Political Science, more specifically American politics.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration, and active support of the University's Mission in Catholic and Lasallian higher education.
• Teach 4 courses each semester, including courses in American National Government, State and Local Government, and a variety of politics courses such as the American Presidency, Legislative Process, Parties and Elections, and Public Opinions.
• Advising students.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants should have or expect to hold a PhD in Political Science. The focus of this position is on undergraduate teaching, but the candidate should provide evidence of an active research agenda.
