Dickinson State University's Department of Mathematics and Computer Science is seeking a responsible and resourceful individual to teach a full load of 12 credits per semester (24 credits per academic year) in a non-tenure track position. Primary teaching responsibilities will be in lower division computer science courses, but courses in mathematics may be assigned. Participation in departmental and university meetings to remain current on required teaching practices will be expected, as well as some advising of department majors. A Master's degree from a regional accredited institution is required. Preferred qualifications are a Master's degree in computer science or a Master's degree in mathematics with an undergraduate degree in computer science. Applicants with other relevant backgrounds will be considered. Contract begins August 16, 2013.
