Job Description ┬ĚProvide overall leadership and communication to the organization, its staff and programs in order to meet and/or exceed growth expectations set forth by the corporation.
  • Drive alignment and improvement in academic and operational effectiveness for the campus through standardization in processes and academic programs.
  • Manage budget for the school operations; meet or exceed budgeted/targeted revenue and operating income.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of enrollments, starts, revenue, operational costs, cash collections, staffing, etc.
  • Lead and manage faculty and staff to foster a compliant, student-centered learning environment that provides exceptional instruction and student service.
  • Provide leadership to ensure student/customer service excellence including standards, measures, training and action plans to improve student/customer service.
  • Facilitate positive relationships with government, accrediting agencies, local communities in order to promote the school, its programs and our students.
  • Ensure company policies and practices are followed, creating an environment that fosters trust, is ethical and treats everyone with respect and dignity.
  • Responsible for growing and developing staff, promoting a positive work environment and high employee morale as measured by campus NPS and engagement surveys.
  • Lead by example; serve as a positive role model for the Company's mission, values and CEC Standards.
  • Own the continuous improvement process around providing an outstanding student experience from admissions through commencement.
Required Skills
  • Minimum of Master's degree with 15 years of work experience, including proven leadership experience
Required Experience
  • General knowledge of operations, profit/loss management, and customer service
  • Able to effectively interact with the community, students, parents and the general public as the ultimately representative of and ambassador for the brand.
