Baylor University's Office of Institutional Research & Testing seeks an energetic, creative, and ambitious colleague to become a Research & Planning Associate and join a team dedicated to contextualizing institutional decision-making. We seek an individual who will excel in providing support of research and policy analysis (about students, faculty, etc.) that is used as strategic information for decision support.
Description:
The successful candidate possesses the following characteristics:
- Experience with survey research design and administration;
- Experience with qualitative research design and implementation;
- Superior quantitative, statistical, and analytical skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills;
The Office of Institutional Research & Testing is a component of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, reporting to the Provost. The Research and Planning Associate will report to the Associate Director of Institutional Research & Testing. This individual will work collaboratively with others from the office to provide support for academic and administrative assessment needs.
Qualifications:
Three years of experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant Social Science discipline (statistics, sociology, economics, higher education, etc.) is required, though a Master's degree is preferred. Demonstrated Christian faith is required.
