Location: Residence Dining Center

Position Description:

Provides assistance to meal production staff and prepares food as requested. Serves food to customers and helps with food preparation in all front-of-house areas. Assists with maintaining product quality, portion control, and temperature maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet physical job requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in a food service operation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year cooking and food service experience in a large scale or high volume food service operation
• Food safety certification
