Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or higher, in an appropriate area of specialization plus four (4) years of appropriate experience.Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and
experience.

JOB DUTIES
  • GW Debate Coaching, Tournament Competition and Travel: Organizes and leads team meetings and practices; prepares team for debate tournaments; arranges logistics and reservations for travel; accompanies debate team and coach at 12-14 tournaments per year)
  • GW Debate Research, Prep And Team Development: Develops research plans, conducts original research and review and provides feedback on weekly assignments by GWDebaters; provides one-on-one feedback; organizes summer skills sessions for incoming and returning team members
  • GW Debate Team Administration: Manages the Debate Program budget, processes travel invoicing and payments, and handle recruitment for the program.
  • GW Debate Team Outreach: Leads fundraising, engagement and profile-raising among relevant professional, alumni, academic and other communities.
