First Year Experience (FYE) Coordinator
Job Description: The First Year Experience coordinator at Ramapo College reports to the Director of Student Success and
is responsible for designing, developing, executing and assessing all aspects of the College's First Year Experience program. Major duties
included the planning of New Student orientation for both first-year and transfer students as well as chairing the college's First Year
Knowledge And Abilities:
Qualifications: Master's Degree required from an accredited college or university in a field related to the area of assignment or equivalence as determined by the appointing authority. Three years professional experience in an institution of higher education or other field that is directly related to the functions of this position. Previous experience in a First Year Experience office, or work with first-year student populations, is preferred. Excellent technology skills plus excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
