Chemeketa Community College

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Psychology Instructor. The person in this position works in collaboration with other psychology faculty in overseeing the curriculum at the college. Our psychology program's goal is to provide our students with a broad-based understanding of theoretical perspectives, methodological approaches, and core-content areas in the discipline. The instructor also works closely with other Social Science instructors to manage the general Social Science program curriculum. The typical assignment consists of teaching 45 credits each academic year delivered via online, face-to-face, and/ or combination hybrid of these and other methods.

Salary placement is subject to current contract depending on education and experience. Initial salary placement would normally be at step 3; $44,003/yr

The successful candidate will have:
Master's Degree or higher in Psychology from an accredited institution with 24 graduate hours in Psychology
Evidence of broad-based Psychology graduate study
