The Associate Registrar works closely with the Registrar in fulfilling the responsibilities of data integrity and facilitating the recording and management of all student records. Specific areas of responsibility include management of the day to day activities of the Records Office; student registration process; assist in development and planning of semester schedules; website development and content management; determine student eligibility for participation in commencement activities and assist in determination of degree completion status.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus two or more years of professional experience in higher education; strong record of administrative experience with proven leadership ability and desire to work collaboratively with diverse constituencies; understanding of integrated student information systems and demonstrated analytical skills to define problems and develop solutions; excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; understanding of federal and state laws that apply to student records management; ability to serve students, faculty and administrative users in a professional and courteous manner. Prefer previous experience with Datatel software and web applications; and working knowledge of MS Office.
