The Vice President will provide leadership to the newly formed Office of Enrollment Management, which will oversee development and implementation of mission-shaped and data informed strategies to meet admission, enrollment, retention, and net tuition revenue goals.
Located on 200 beautiful acres in Morristown, NJ, one hour from New York City, the College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE) is a Catholic four-year liberal arts institution founded in 1899. A vibrant learning community of nearly 1,700 students of diverse ages, backgrounds, and culture, CSE enrolls over 500 in the undergraduate Women's College and 1,180 in co-educational continuing studies and graduate programs. CSE, accredited by Middle States and classified by the Carnegie Foundation as Master's-L, offers more than 25 baccalaureate degrees, 10 master's degree programs, and a doctoral program in Educational Leadership. CSE is poised for continued growth with significant positive academic, technological, and leadership experience.
The Vice President will report directly to the President and oversee the Offices of Admission and Financial Aid with two direct reports - the Dean of Admission and Director of Financial Aid - and 19 indirect reports. With a total budget of approximately $1.25 million, the Vice President for Enrollment Management will provide entrepreneurial vision and leadership in the development and implementation of strategic goals and measurable objectives and strategies for the Women's College, Continuing Studies and Graduate Programs.
The successful candidate has a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible higher education work experience; demonstrated success in enrollment planning, admissions, and financial aid; a track record of exceeding academic and enrollment goals, including building a class through data analysis and marketing initiatives; success in financial aid modeling strategies; experience with social media as a recruitment and retention tool; and a proven record of fiscal management. A Master's degree or higher is required, and experience with Ellucian Power Campus and PowerFaides is a plus.
