Bethany College invites nominations and applications for the position of Vice President for Finance. The Vice President for Finance is a member of the senior executive leadership team, serves as a member of the President's Cabinet and reports directly to the President of the College. The Vice President for Finance serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the College. The incumbent retired July 1 after eight years in office. The position is currently serviced by an interim who will not be a candidate for the position.

Areas of responsibility include the departments of Finance, Business Affairs, Physical Plant, Human Resources, Auxiliary Services and the Bethany Educational Employment Program (BEEP).

Minimum qualifications: Master's degree and five or more years of senior level experience (with preference to candidates with experience in higher education).

Bethany College is a national liberal arts college located on a beautiful and historic 1,300 acre mountaintop campus in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia, 39 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. The state's oldest private college, Bethany offers a wide array of B.A. and B.S. programs in more than 25 fields of study and a Master of Arts program in Teaching.
