Florida Institute of Technology is seeking candidates for adjunct faculty positions to teach online graduate courses in Global Information Technology Management.
Adjuncts will be appointed on a part-time basis and are contracted to teach subjects over an 8-week period with the strong possibility of recurring assignments. A candidate must have a doctoral degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline or related field of study (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline).
An adjunct instructor facilitates all aspects of instruction, including mentoring and monitoring student progress, fostering communication and collaboration, guiding and evaluating student project work and other assignments, and responding to individual student requests/queries. Course development is not part of assigned responsibilities.
