Responsible for providing information regarding the College. Answers telephone and responds to web inquiries. Tracks call information in the appropriate system, makes photocopies, and maintains files. There are two positions available.
High School diploma or GED required.
Good verbal and written communication skills, effective customer service skills, and data entry skills are all required.
Required Computer Skills:
Some related experience preferred.
Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel or similar applications preferred.
