Basic Purpose & Scope: Assists in the planning, organizing, and coaching of the ISU Women's Soccer team

Responsibilities: Assists in coaching soccer techniques and strategy. Evaluates individual performance and provides leadership and instruction in areas of deficiency. Participates in the collection and analysis of tactical and statistical data of opponent teams. Assist in designing game plans and strategies. Counsels team members in academic, disciplinary, and personal matters. Recruits student-athletes and recommends individuals for soccer scholarships. Studies, evaluates, and recommends innovations in soccer strategy and equipment. Rules compliance is a central element in personnel matters for employees within the Department of Athletics and for those employees outside the Department of Athletics who are involved in NCAA rules compliance activities. These individuals must comply with all NCAA rules on compliance and will be evaluated on that basis.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

Required Skills: 2+ years of coaching experience in recruiting, scheduling, and teaching soccer mechanics

Required Experience: 2+ years coaching experience.
