Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics
IU Northwest is accepting applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics,starting August 2013. This is a 1 year appointment with the possible renewal to a second year.
doctorate in Physics prior to the appointment date. Teaching experience and evidence of scholarly potential are required. Preference will be given to candidates specializing in Theoretical or Mathematical Physics. A successful candidate should be able to teach Physics courses at all undergraduate levels and engage in directing/supervising undergraduate student research. Participation in department and campus-wide service activities is expected.
