We are currently recruiting for an Associate Athletic Director of Major Gifts.

Senior fundraising position with management responsibilities. The Associate Athletic Director of Major Gifts designs and implements innovative programs to identify prospective major and principal gift donors for athletics and recreation. The Associate Director oversees the tracking and management of staff to ensure fundraising progress and an emerging prospect pool. Builds and adapts programs to a point of sustainability. The Associate Director collaborates with various teams in Alumni Relations and Development as well as athletics staff and coaches to develop athletics and recreation fundraising strategies and prepares for prospect meetings and solicitations. Extensive travel is required for this position as well as availability evenings and weekends.
