Southern Illinois University (Edwardsville) and the Alton School of Dental Medicine are now accepting applications for Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Associate Professor. Reporting directly to the Dean, the Associate Dean is responsible for the effective implementation of all academic programs in the School of Dental Medicine and for the development, evaluation, and modification of those programs, and other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Dean.

Candidates must have a DMD or DDS degree and have or be eligible to acquire a dental license in the State of Illinois. This position requires demonstrated leadership experience in administration in a dental school with involvement in curricular development, clinical education and/or accreditation.

TERMS OF CONTRACT: Full-time, continuing; tenure-track; beginning June 1, 2013
SALARY RANGE: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
