North Carolina Wesleyan College invites applications for the position of Associate Director of Admissions/International Student Coordinator. This position serves as a leader for office projects and handles significant duties for assigned projects; serves as area manager for an assigned territory which involves: market research, planning and implementing travel, extensive telemarketing efforts, interviewing prospective students and their parents, and communication with guidance counselors to recruit incoming students. The Associate Director will also coordinate the efforts of international student recruitment, which will include coordinating the logistical details of new international student arrivals and assist with the acclamation of international students to the US, along with overseeing the special committee on international students, and serving as the international club advisor.

This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Two or more years of direct admissions experience, excellent public relation and organizational skills, problem solving, communication and counseling skills. Must be computer literate, self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and stamina for travel responsibilities is required.
