Job Summary: Manages deliverables and communicates effectively with team members in the delivery of projects within the IU Communications portfolio including video, photography, public relations, and digital and print products such as websites, mobile applications, print brochures, advertisements, tablet publications, and other marketing and communications products. Focuses on large-scale digital marketing campaigns that include websites, iPad publications, social media, video, and PR components; develops, monitors, and controls all aspects of a project including scope, budget, schedule, and resourcing; and interacts with clients and vendors. Manages workflow including project set-up, daily schedule, deadlines, revisions, deliveries, proofing, specs, and template management and assists staff members as needed.

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree and three years of project management, account representative, or related experience.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered on a 2:1 ratio.

Thorough understanding of Hannon Hill's Cascade Server Web Content Management System (WCMS) or similar WCMS and editorial and publishing workflow processes. Experience working with a project tracking system; demonstrated knowledge of web technologies; ability to estimate costs and write technical specifications; and expert proficiency in working with either PC or Mac platforms.

Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Project and Infowit. Experience at an interactive agency, design/advertising agency, or software development firm.
