Director of Strategic Enrollment Planning and Institutional Research

UWF invites applications for the position of Director of Strategic Enrollment Planning and Institutional Research (Position # 120520). In coordination with key personnel from throughout the University, the Director will facilitate the development of comprehensive, strategic, multi-year enrollment plans for UWF. The Director will assemble and analyze enrollment-related data from various internal and external sources. The Director will develop predictive models and conduct statistical analyses that help inform policies, strategy development, and other decisions related to marketing, recruitment, financial aid, admissions, academic programming, and student retention and success initiatives. The Director will conduct research that helps connect enrollment planning, fiscal planning, and academic and co-curricular planning to optimize UWF's achievement of its mission, vision, and strategic priorities within available resources.

Additionally, the Director will provide leadership and direction for Institutional Research at UWF. Institutional Research, working in collaboration with Information Technology Services, serves as UWF's designated source for official data collection, analysis, and dissemination. Institutional Research is responsible for providing accurate, timely, consistent, relevant, and accessible data for internal use (including reports, "fact books," data warehouse(s), and other Web-based tools); for mandatory federal and state reports; and for other external agencies, data exchange groups, and publishers of college guidebooks and rankings.

QUALIFICATIONS: Required qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and eight years of appropriate experience. Preferred qualifications: Doctoral degree in an appropriate area of specialization; at least 4 years of progressively relevant experience in higher education institutional research; experience and expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, strategic enrollment planning, and the development of measurements of higher education outcomes ; and prior experience with Ellucian's Banner or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
